Terms of service

1. The service
LeadzKit provides software to discover public posts, generate suggested replies, send optional notifications, and track engagement metrics. You are responsible for how you use the product, including compliance with X's rules and applicable law.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may delete your account and export your data from Settings → Privacy & data where available.
3. Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, scraping in violation of third-party terms, or use of the service to distribute malware. We may suspend accounts that risk the platform or other users.
4. Third-party services
The product relies on infrastructure and APIs (hosting, X data providers, AI routing, Telegram, email, analytics). Their availability and terms may affect the service.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of AI-generated content or third-party platforms.
