What we collect
Account details (email, name), optional OAuth profile data, your customer profiles and campaign configuration, leads and generated comments, optional Telegram identifiers for notifications, and product usage metadata needed to run the service.
Why we process data
To authenticate you, run campaigns, score and display leads, send notifications you configure, improve reliability (e.g. error reporting with PII scrubbed), and meet legal obligations.
Sub-processors
Depending on your deployment, data may be processed by hosting providers, managed databases, caches, X data APIs, AI model routing, Telegram, transactional email, and error monitoring. See in-app Settings → Privacy & data for a current list aimed at end users.
Retention
Lead rows may be removed automatically based on your plan's retention settings. You can download a JSON export or delete your account from Settings → Privacy & data.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Use the in-app export and deletion tools or contact your operator for other requests.
